Great place to stop for a picnic and explore. Easy caravan parking available, has undercover bbqs, toilets, a cafe, a museum, lots of grass to run around on and not forgetting the big submarine. Why is a submarine here? Well have a look online for the history, it is something worth reading. You can’t miss it, it’s about halfway between the Hume Hwy on the Main road.

As with a lot of public facilities, not well maintained but clean enough. Good undercover kids playground next to it. Near the submarine.

Good spot to stop and rest - coffee and a snack. Maybe look at the submarine. There is a café there too if you don't have your own. Good toilet and parking. NB: It is off the highway but not too far - easy to get on and off. Nice little town too - if you like to look about in older shops.
