Your company send two kids to replace my hot water tank they didn’t turn off the water from the main tap while they were installing the new tank the water was just running out wet brand new carpet, didn’t turn on power points and hot water still cold this morning.

I would like to compliment the technician who came to our property today. His name was Keita a true professional. Very courteous, explained the problem and got on with correcting the issue despite the extreme temperature. 33 degrees no shade. Please congratulate him. A job well done

What kind of circus are you running?? Where is your pride in business? Waited 4.5 days over the new year period for an emergency hot water system to be installed, you come out and install the system but don't fit off power??? I'm here with an extension cord running from the backyard where the system was moved to! Absolutely pathetic. You can't even specify when the job will be finished, just over the next few days". My brother was home at the time and assumed you were finishing the job & doing it properly. You had to go to the supplier TWICE just to have one Job completed that you knew you were doing well in advance... you didn't seal off the large old pipe from the old System coming from the roof

This company is the worst company I have ever dealt with! Straight up lies. Never call back. Don’t show up and say they do. Keep canceling jobs. Absolutely 1 star and would give less if I could! I would never use this company!! Avoid at all costs!!!

Excellent service! WB came on site to inspect the issue at hand, and was able to fix our blocked drain within 24hrs. Highly recommend, No more flooding :)
