Can't recommend both Mick and Kiara enough! They made the recent purchase of our car so simple and stress free. No pushy sales tactics, just straight up and honest information provided about the vehicle and it's history. Kiara is also a finance super-star! Was done in about 30 mins! After a breakdown on the Sturt Highway my vehicle was transported to Rosenthal Automotive by the RAAThe problem was diagnosed and remedied quickly and efficiently by the service team there.On picking up my vehicle which had let me down a couple of times recently, I made enquiries about a new replacement vehicle.Within the same visit, I was offered and purchased a new vehicle with specs 4far exceeding what I thought I could affordNow two days later I'm driving that new vehicle.The entire purchase process was extremely relaxed, friendly and efficient. Was driving through town and had radio issue. Very kind peolpe to quickly look at it and still offer coffee no charge. Problem was bigger than an on the spot fix but they tried considering I had to keep moving. Thanks Kane and the service team.

Friendly staff, great customer service

Michael K was really really good over the few months that I was looking for the right car. His product knowledge was invaluable and his advice along the way resulted in me getting the right car for me! Very honest and trustworthy. Needs to work harder on his Dad jokes! A good team with Alex and Kelly assisting where required. Would definitely recommend him when looking at vehicles.

Very reliable and reputable place to get your car serviced, I've been taking mine there for years. Honest and reliable advice. Prices are reasonable - Not the cheapest place around, but you do get what you pay for, including peace of mind for a job done properly. Can't say the same about some of the cheaper local competitors I've used in the past.
