Amazing seafood. Great quality. And the staff are so welcoming. Was served by Chiring and she made it a lovely experience.

A truly and undeniably rich experience. Booked just a few days before and was excited even though I'm not a huge fan of seafood. Upon arrival, we were waited on quickly, despite a large family who was happily enjoying their food and beverages.Once we decided on a mixed bag of our own choosing, we only had to wait about ten to fifteen minutes before we were dining on a fresh seafood platter, complete with corn, potatoes and a bowl of steamed rice. We even got a baguette even after we ordered to mop up the delicious garlic butter running through our seafood menagerie.I cannot overstate how little of a seafood fan I am. Sure, I love some sushi or a bit of fried fish - something simple and usually boneless. I was gripping every bit of these bugs, prawns and lobsters like I was Steve Irwin grappling a croc - With passion and vigour and an uncertainty on whom what eat whom.Is it expensive? Yes. There's no denying that. But is it worth it? My god, yes. And then some.Put a bit of money, time and hope aside, make it your whole afternoon and have a chilled bottle of wine or a Cornetto - something small, cheap and simple - waiting for you at home. A truly unique, intense and wonderful experience.

Amazing service! Staff super attentive and welcoming! The food is amazing and full of flavour! It is also an experience that everyone (only if you like fish) needs to try!

The staff chiring and Younis were amazing, friendly and super helpful with explaing the menu and helping meet dietary requirements and explain what was a must try. The experience was one of kind, definitely a place I would visit again and recommend to other to give a go.

We bought some family from New Zealand here for lunch & it was a hit. The seafood was fresh and tasty. We opted for garlic butter for our bag but I reckon next time we’d go a touch spicier. Heaps of laughs & good times.

I honestly wanted to wait till I was a lot calmer before posting this. So it is a day lateFriend had booked for a small group of us on Sunday eve.We placed a food and drink order at approx 6:30 - by 7pm nothing had shown up and we'd followed up on drinks twice. It honestly shouldn't take long to bring two bottled beers and I assume Postmix? ( since it wasnt served in a can) to the table. At around 7 we flagged the waiter who had taken our order 30min before, and ONLY then were we told 1 of the 3 items we ordered was out of stock. I mean more notice would have been nice but the place was busy, so we decided to grab something else. By around 7:20 We finally got drinks and around 7:30 our food arrived. Except by around 8:20 we realized that only 2 of the 3 things we ordered had come out.Turns out it wasnt even put into the ordering system - at that point the bill got paid and we left. The food:Fried squid tentacles - A little overly salty and a little bit burnt. May be good if it wasn'tThe Mix Bag - I sort of think it's value for money. It was relatively tasty and the shebang sauce was salty but I think it was an ok treat. I enjoyed the sauce and that's probably why my rating isn't a 1 star.I will say this - If you are understaffed ( and you were. You were so so understaffed.) LIMIT the bookings you take.Your staff was basically a skeleton crew and honestly it's not possible to handle a full house like that with what appeared to be 4 or 5 waitstaff. Unnecessary pressure was placed on them to deal with irate customers AND customers (like myself and others) were subjected to horrid service.I won't ever recommend Kickin'Inn to others and even DURING dinner texted a friend who had planned to book for her birthday, telling her about our experience in real time. It's just not a venue I'd easily go back to at present and was honestly pretty disappointing overall

Costumer services was absolutely amazing from the young man serving us on Tuesday night. The seafood was to die for. I wish there was a store in Perth!

Seafood was very fresh and well cooked. Sauce is so G unlike other seafood boil joints in Melb. We came on Valentine’s Day which was busy, bit slower service as expected but all good. The workers are super friendly and helpful. Thank you Ohshim and Voilet for your service tonight!! Will definitely come back ☺️
