Cherise Dyer of Resonance Wellbeing is a gifted massage therapist. After three sessions I have realised this is due to her many skills, training in specialised techniques and life experience which she uses to tailor my session to meet my needs.Cherise has treated pain in my hip and foot and overall muscle tension allowing me to sleep pain free and to move about my daily live with greater ease.Through Cherise’s treatments I have begun to release emotional pain and grief that I was not aware I was carrying in my body. I had noticed how round shouldered I was and that I often walked ‘with my head bowed against the wind’Cherise has given me techniques to be aware of when I am holding tension in my body and how to release it. After my last treatment my husband commented that I looked ‘taller’ and ‘lighter’!I felt calm and optimistic; floating on air.Cherise is a gentle attentive listener; she will make suggestions for treatment but does not push any one technique and always checks in that I am comfortable.Cherise’s space is calming, beautiful and authentic. I can totally relax into my treatment and allow my mind to let go of the mundane.My journey with Cherise is ongoing. I am seeking continued wellness in my body as well as the insight to let go of what is redundant in my life while nurturing that which is truly important to me.

I had been really unwell for two weeks. After a treatment with Cherise in the calming environment of the Shiatsu space, I realised just how depleted I had been. I was even able to sleep with just one pillow and am starting to feel more like myself again.
