Supervisor comes across inexperienced. They advertise a lot yet do not have the facilities nor the manpower to cater for big mining contracts. Don't be fooled they need experience more than an experienced tradesman needs them. For where the company is situated makes it difficult to attract quality with the hourly rate they offer. Pub accommodation on offer. No camp unless your on site
