So efficient, polite, and helpful! Lovely guy came to mum’s unit, and was able to load up all the shredding that my (less mobile!) mum couldn’t lift. It was so convenient to have the team come to the unit rather than have to lug it around. And for a really competitive price. Thank you!

Absolutely great business to deal with ! Kim who answered the phone was super helpful, her responses were prompt and she was always polite. The driver who came out to my unit was just as polite and kept in contact to make sure he was coming at a time that suited me. Very efficient, trustworthy and affordable service. Couldn't have been easier.Prompt reply to my enquiry, friendly service that wasn't at all pushy/salesy. The guys that came to shred were friendly and fast... couldn't speak more highly of this service. Will 100% use them again :)

Excellent service received in Blacktown NSW. You can see how your unwanted documents are shredded on site. The driver is efficient and nice to communicate with. He filled all the bins to 100% compacity before taking to the truck for shredding.

The positive experience started from the first phone call. Total shredding were great to deal with, accommodating, polite, on time and nothing was too much trouble. I will definitely be using them again.
