The job I needed was leveling cement poured in preparation to have engineered wood flooring installed in the living area of our apartment.Interesting that there were a few good reviews for this company which did influence my decision to contact TC.Unfortunately, after being assured they could do such a job it all proved out of their league, due to the poor workmanship I was then unable to get a floor installer willing to lay the wooded flooring.Terry did come to view my concerns and agreed with me that it was a poor job but stressed that he couldn't afford to do the job again but would try and get it sorted, I then received no further contact. Having already paid their invoice I had to wear an additional cost to have the cement flooring levelled properly.I've never felt it necessary to issue a poor review but this experience has cost me a considerable amount of money with an offer to rectify the problem unforthcoming.
