Considerate and diligent. Aleesha from Western Edge Real Estate called me with a newly listed rental property, asking if I was interested, and we signed the lease and started moving in a few days later!

After a few conversations on the phone I decided to put my faith in Di And put the offer on my house unseen which I would normally not do. I just felt that Di was very honest and I trusted her at her word. I did not regret taking that leap Of faith.. everything with the purchase Went Smooth. I was very happy With the great communication and felt like Di went the extra mile To make sure everything went well. It was very refreshing to be well looked after as a buyer in this market. You can tell that Di is passionate about what she does.

Had a rental through western edge. Started out great. Prompt and reliable. This quickly took a turn after about 6months. They were rude, had no care to explain anything and was their way or the highway. If we didn’t sort out our issues through RTA mediations I was going to have to take them to QCAT to have my rights adhered to
