I have been following the founders of Yuj Life Yoga since their local training here in Adelaide, to their tour in India so they could be the best yoga practitioners. Experienced in hot yoga as well as traditional yoga from India. I recommend Yuj Life Yoga for anyone looking for a holistic approach to health, wellness, and quality of life.
