Shane is the upmost professional and very thorough. He has the experience and provides detailed building and pest reports as well as the right equipment, which makes it easier to decide to purchase a property. I work with older style homes, so getting accurate pest reports are a must. I've used Shane with confidence twice now, even when I already own the home, to give me his building and pest report in order to renovate.

I had Shane do the building and pest inspection when purchasing my home. I am extremely happy with the service he has provided for me. He was very thorough and gave me all the information I needed to be able to make my decision to purchase with confidence. He was also able to provide me with a quote to rectify issues that he had found and once I had purchased it was simply a matter of booking him in to come and fix them. He also just happens to be a friendly person who was easy to deal with which is great because while purchasing a home is exciting it can also be stressful.

Shane Neil has completed two structural & pest reports for me at two different Cowes properties.
