I have been a buyer of their products over many years ..spent $1000’s with them every couple of months, But today I go in to NCP to source a container for our new product, I asked at the front counter about some products & 2 plastic samples ( cost them maybe 40c) I get treated like a criminal & left waiting at the counter for 15min, then told “No to samples”Would have to buy a carton of eachWith no return…..HmmmmPhoned up Lisa ( Manager to express my feelings ).. sorry to say No help there either.. & Owner not available.I would recommend to others looking for packaging answers to do what I am doing now ….spend my energy sourcing products elsewhere.

Absolutely massive store with great prices helpful and friendly staff . The air-conditioning is extremely great in store especially for the Queensland Summertime this company specialises in cleaning chemicals, also cleaning hardware. Ie mops etc buy in bulk and save .. pleanty of toilet paper. Unlike other leading stores please come to NCPS and you will be able to stock up on the toilet paper. Hospitality and food .. bulk food lots of ur plates cups knife's that are all eco friendly... save the environment and savings in your pocket.. IF your a business sign up online for bulk orders and delivery all the way to Bundaberg to Gold Coast and out to Kingaroy / esc ..conditions apply on how often in a calendar month on the amountof times they deliveryup Bundabergso please ask in advance ... an alot of places in between great discounts in store or online I signed up for a account and its great thought I'll pop in to see the store in person and wow not sure if I got it all so much to take In .. staff are professional and knowledgeable in the products and are there if you need help thanks for reading I hope this review has helped you out let me no hit the thumbs up and follow me for more reviews thanks...

Purchased the item online to pick-up at store, Not responding to phone calls and emails, Finally drive all the way to this store and the staff memeber advised the product is out of stock, i was ready to wait untill the product avaialble in store however they are not interested even for me to wait or sell. If you have a product out of stock please change it as out of stock online (every shops does that) you allowing customers to buy it then rejecting to sell it to a customer is even ready to wait untill stocked" Not fare at all!.....Updated*Understandable the current situations.and you manged to get the product promptly after few days wait..Thanks and great service!"

Just found this place, helpful staff, good knowledge and good prices.

Almost always an easy shopping experience, but I wish the shelves were better organised so thay everything is more visible and the product names aligned with where they pointed.

The customer service is great, their helpful and theres is a great selection.

Its a shame there are only 5 stars as I would give more. Have called them twice and both times spoken to a lady called Sam" and her knowledge and customer service over the phone was impeccable. It was in regard to an Oates product and after 3 calls to Oates with no courtesy shown with a reply

Friendly service, hard to find products atm but the business appears to still be settling in to its new location.

Best service, products and knowledge. Keep up the good work. Great for commercial or domestic cleaners now even bigger range for most stores too. Great for public sales, get home cleaning products that last and smell great a must have is cherry disinfectant concentrate and a spray bottle and you wont look back. ;-)
