I made a non-refundable booking & was then unable to make my booking as my flights to Tasmania were cancelled. I messaged the property at 8 PM on the night of check in explaining my situation- the property responded within 5 minutes & issued me a full refund. This is EXCELLENT service & I will certainly be re-booking when I need Devonport accommodation. We need more providers like this!!

Rooms are very clean and tidy. I stay with my friends at room 7 and move to room 5 for a while, and all the room we ever stayed in are very nice and cozy.Aylin is a very friendly, kind and sweet host. She provide us with everything we ever needed during our lovely stay at Dannebrog Lodge. The Lodge is very nice and accessible as well. They have plenty of parking space and located in front of the Mersey River (you will have a very nice view of the river) and it only takes a few minutes drive from the Spirit of Tasmania port, Coles beach and the city centre where you can find Coles, Kmart & Woolies. It also just a short walk to McDonald and Rookie Street Mall.I really recommend this place if you’re looking for a place to stay and enjoying Devonport. Would definitely stay here again for our next visit to Devonport.

So many good things about this accommodation. The rooms are clean and fresh, and you close the door and it's quiet. Comfortable beds! Delicious breakfast. Good location too, accessible to the shops on foot, as well as being close to the Redline bus drop off.

Our family stayed here for a couple of nights. The property was easy to find, plenty of parking. Great location. We must have had the worst room in the lodge, the one closest to the street. Had to walk through the hallway that stank like mildew and that carried into the room. It is not just unpleasant but also unhealthy. The room is small, especially the bathroom. The bed was comfy though and free streaming services to watch on TV. The lodge might be good for singles or couples but not for a family.

No smoke alarm , no fire extinguisher in the room ? no way of getting out if fire blocked main entrances , no breakfast FREE OR PAID FOR , mould around windows , only 1. chair , no table to eat off , cardboard coffee cups , clothes line broken and laying on the ground .

THE BEST & KINDEST host we’ve ever met!! We had a long stay at the airbnb and Aylin was very accomodating and always cater our needs. The room was super comfy and convenient as it literally has everything. The location is superb as it’s super close to the city center, restaurants and the beach. We really enjoy our stay there and will definetly come back!!

Rear off street parking was provided st no extra charge; Aylin was very accommodating with a late checkout too! Will definitely return; Wifi was hood & TV provided YouTube etc to watch too!!!

We’ve been to the cafe three times. Nice food. It’s not the ritz, but it’s still great. Lovely iced coffees. Staff are accommodating and nice, you just need to strike up a conversation with them. Little doggo laying in the corner. So cute.
