G-Store has enjoy a brilliant relationship with Enphase since 2014. These guys have always been responsive whether it be technical advice or the minimal warranty service these state of the art systems require. The warranty and reimbursement process is seamless unlike all other manufacturers, some we are still chasing for labour costs after 2 years. The service level from Andy our Rep is exceptional but that flows through to the more senoir guys like Mitch, Ryan, Goran and Christian. Bahdri and David in the USA are exceptional to deal with keeping Platinum installers like ourselves up to date with product changes and training required to deploy these successfully. Being recognised as a platinum installer based on our install quality and customer feedback in an honour and Kudos to Enphase and other quality suppliers for implementing these benchmarks to ensure Safer, Quality solar that delivers year after year. It ensures a customer is always in good hands, with paybacks based on reality not fiction. Can't wait for IQ battery and IQ8 with Sunpower...BOOM! I see some grievances below, but this pays tribute to choosing a trusted installer network. Most platinum installers are busy installing or servicing the small amount of issues we come across. We will help where we can but our focus is servicing our own customers and providing optimal customer care they expect.

Awesome brand and the micro-inverters are definitely a game-changer for partly-shaded homes. Looking forward to their AC Battery to come to market later in 2023 for my own home.

I'm a new owner in house with panels and Enphase inverter installed 7 years ago. I've paid for a solar electrician on two separate visits to check why solar is generating intermittantly, seemingly after rain. Everything connected to panels and wiring and to switchboard is ok. So down to Enphse inverter. Enphase want a $200 fee to transfer to a new owner name for diagnostics, no clear indications of warranty, original installer has not returned calls. So, my experience with Enphase at this point is appalling. I have had 16 panel solar systems in two previous homes without an issue with inverters. This Enphase system is bad, bad bad and is a weak link in generating solar energy.
