I was extremely happy with my entire experience with rockabye baby hire.From the first email, which was responded to within an hour and booking the appointment, which was booked for as soon as the next day and then returning the capsule which was super easy.The capsule I hired was in fantastic condition, looked brand new.After returning the capsule, our deposit was returned the same day with an email to clarify it had been paid.Will definitely use this business again and have passed on the details to all pregnant friends.Highly recommend.

Such a fantastic service! Had absolutely no issues with organising hire from in NZ and loved that the pram we wanted was in stock, a really great price and the delivery and pick up made the whole experience completely seamless. Could not recommend highly enough. With a quick phone call our bassinet was delivered the same day, clean and ready to use. The staff have been so helpful and accommodating. A great small business to support.

Initial booking was confirmed and finalised quickly.The car seat however, was not installed despite it being requested. And no instruction manual provided.The belt didn't stay done up tight and would become loose as my son sat in the car seat, to the point I had to ensure someone was always in the back seat with him tightening the belt every few minutes.It was not the kind of stress I needed whilst leaving my toddler son with my grandparents and mother for the first time whilst I was interstate for a work conference.Apparently, the woman who was meant to install the car seat had really poor customer service. My grandparents and mother both found her unhelpful, abrupt and very quick to offload responsibility. They were quick to refund my holding deposit, but I won't be using their services again.

This is a great service. Their Product range offers the latest gear for babies and toddlers. The equipment was clean and the booking, pick up and return was all efficient and easy.

Absolutely fantastic service, hired capsule, bassinet and change table, needed urgently, Dannii went above and beyond, made everything easy as and the equipment we hired was absolutely spotless, fresh, like brand brand new. Highly recommend, they came to my home for delivery/installation then pick up, very reasonably priced as well.
