Unichem Pharmacy

A gloomy, congested little operation attached to the local 'Doctor Supermarket' premises. Staff generally alert and provide prompt attention, but nothing memorable in respect of anyone 'going the extra mile'. One staff member 'kinda spooky' ... tends to stand at the back of the dispensary area and 'gawk' at the customers as if they have brought something in 'on their shoe'. Have used 'off and on' over the years due to their proximity to the attached Doctors clinics but prefer elsewhere when convenient. Looking forward to the day other 'extended service hours' operations, operating evening and weekend hours, introduce special increased evening and weekend charges for pharmacy operators and staff ... as they provide their pharmacy customers.

This deserves a 10 star ☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆Just want to knowledge and sincerely appreciate your pharmacist Chris (tall, kind young man) about his phenomenal sevice and incredible manner in which we were served today.We have been circling with some serious with medical issues for my son, and getting no where. Chris was able to discern the situation took 10 mins of his day out to personally sympathize understand,and ACTUALLY listen, he spoke from his heart to my 18 year old, this is one of those unexpected but very much appreciative conversations that came at the right time.Life can be all so consuming sometimes and having someone professional making it relatable to my 18 year old ment more to me than Chris would ever know.Thank you Chris for his kindness ! I cant thank you enough, your company is blessed to have you work for them!From Jacob, Christine.

Horrible place!! I went in there for the first and last time to get some medicine for my daughter that is sold over the counter and I was turned away and told to go and see a GP and that the medication I required needed a prescription. So I phoned the GP and they told me this is not true so I went down the road to another chemist who gave it to me straight away. We can't all afford to go and see a GP for unnecessary matters. Discusting service unless you have 80 dollars to go and see a GP I wouldn't bother buying anything off these people.

Very rude evil people in their im in a wc and they exspected me wheel down in rain thunder lighting on tuesday refused allow a friend pick up i dont drive they were very nasty to me on the phone.Never go their

Terrible customer service. The lady with the I talked to needs a lesson in how to be empathetic.

While being to unwell to pick up repeat prescriptions myself, lady on the ph couldn't of been more helpful and arranged for prescription to be delivered that afternoon. Delivery lady was really lovely and gave me some advice ... 100%happy

Finally switched chemist from this one. So glad I did! The experience of picking up my medication is a far less stressful experience, I am greeted with a smile, and great customer service.

Entire place looks and feels like a bargain bin that hasn't been organised since the mid 80's.Prices for necessities is borderline extortion.Hard pass.

A male pharmacist of whom did not even know about a chronic health condition (when I queried him) is not a pharmacy or pharmacist that I will go to again. He needs to educate himself both on customer empathy, understanding and knowledge of his job a bit better.
