holding our container few days without any update regarding delivery, then they came back by just saying they cant deliver it to us! and now its costing us money to transfer it somewhere else! this is ridiculous , the area they refuse to deliver to is a huge area but they say it might be tight! even though we have recieved multiple containers there

I don't write many reviews, but had to for this team.I have been mainly dealing with Phoebe and Jack in the sales department, and Lei-Lani in operations. They have have been amazing to work with. They go above and beyond with working with me to build my business and helping get things done on time.I can't recommend these guys highly enough for their professionalism.
