Many good bits hanging out at this store. Staff are extremely friendly and prompt with their service.

Conner is an absolute boss, really made the whole thing awesome.

We always stop by to get rid of some trinkets. Simon is always welcoming and friendly.

Great store with excellent service. I genuinely enjoy coming to chat with the staff, they always give me a great deal and are so pleasant and lovely to talk to.

I have used this store for a while and used to generally like using their services knowing full well they are solely about making money. Anyway I used to have good repor with all the staff and they were helpful and fair as they could be. Went in recently and had the awful experience of dealing with a server named Matt I think. He was extremely rude, patronising, impatient and was solely out to take me for every penny he could. When I got my stuff back had equally terrible customer service from the same boy/man. Won't ever go back as I'll happily drive the extra 10km to gaythorne just to avoid this person. Just a warning to anyone who needs their services but can chose where to go DO NOT GO TO ASHGROVE. This is the first review I have ever done by the way lol.

Went into cash converters Ashgrove to sell some old pieces of technology as I have no use for any of it. Got served by a young gentlemen. Who had no idea what he was talking about and was not very polite towards me . While I could hear a nice British gentleman next to him behind the counter. Being extremely friendly, and nice towards a fellow seller.

Absolutely terrible, the Red haired assistant wasted our time and rested his fat jelly belly on the counter while he gave us excuses for why he would only be offering us half of what was proposed online. disgraceful. I urge you to try and sell on gumtree or other sites like that first.

Only one word is needed to describe how happy and satisfied I've always been with this service at this store and that word is 'Simon'. He is the best

Great place to get a loan.Friendly staff, Simon is very personable ,great service and communication.They don't have a retail shop but have a small number of goods for sale on the premises.A++.
