Easily the most skilled and effective remedial massage I have ever experienced. Ilenia is very knowledgeable about the body, but also highly intuitive and knows the exact spots to target with the right amount of pressure. Ilenia also takes care to set up a very calming space, and I leave feeling super relaxed. I am so confident in her abilities I now refer all my Pilates clients to her.

Wonderful massage! Ilenia has been professional since the beginning, the atmosphere was great as I almost fell asleep even though she worked out all my knots. Remedial and relaxing as well. I would definitely recommend her if you need to relieve your sore muscles.
