I have used their service today and very pleased with it. I have done facial and hair protein and literally the best facial in the town. Been in sydney for many year and tried many salon but never get this service ever. Rupinder gave me an extra message upon requesting and it was so amazing and relaxing. Will definitely go back. I had an extremely good experience whenever I go to this salon. Their hair service is amazing. I got highlights. The staff listened to my requests patiently and took care that my hair wasn’t damaged with bleach. Very good end result. Thanks team!

I often have my eyebrows waxed and then threaded for shape here. The assistant is a quiet and friendly lady who is quick and efficient. The shop is clean and well equipped for all they offer.

I went to the salon for service - hairwash and normal dry at 5:38pm on 19th April. The lady at the salon directly refused stating she can’t provide the service as she needs to leave at 6 pm and that she needs to do the cleaning etc before she leaves. She said they stop working at 5:30pm and can only do eyebrows service if needed.If you need to stop service at 5:30pm then please change the closing timing on google to 5:30pm.I’m sure if I would have come to the salon at 5:30pm she would have refused even then.Hair wash and normal dry is a 15min task. I’ve got done at this salon before. And per your timing on google she had 20 min remaining. I’m in customer support job and sometimes we need to work a few minutes extra for our customers. It was urgent for me to get the service today as had to attend a party tomorrow. This isn’t a good customer service!!The staff keep changing all the time and I have experienced before that some of them least care about customer service..
