Great product, terrible customer service. Parcel was undeliverable due to their error. No offer to sesend. Three weeks afer the product was sent back by the courier I am still waiting for refund. Update: I did eventually recieve a refund.

I purchased a item and it was never received. I emailed them to tell them and thier response was Look around your mailbox. And to contact the carrier DHL." DHL is not the post office carrier.This is not good customer support or service."
