Working with Alyona, my holistic psychotherapist, for the past year and a half has been an incredible experience. I don’t know where I would be without the help and support of Alexandre from A Healing Bridge. I was fortunate to come across the website in the midst of a very challenging, spiritual time and I wasn’t sure it would ever end. From our very first session together, Alexandre showed enormous compassion, understanding and made me feel extremely comfortable to share with him. Over the last couple of years we have been able to dive deep into healing traumas of my past and allowing attached emotions to be released. I’ve been working with Alyona now for a few years, first in-person and lately over zoom. I can honestly say she is a one of a kind therapist and I highly recommend her to others! Alyona takes a heart centred approach in that she genuinely cares about her clients whilst also maintaining high professional boundaries.
