My Husband placed a home delivery order 1.5 hrs later my husband rang the store at Revesby NSW only to find out the Delivery person had notpicked it up another half hour the person st BWS store rang my husband to come and pick up the order NO DEIVERY GUYS WERE ON !!

3 weeks ago both BWS and their courier company Sherpa only offer $10 off 9n my next order after the deliver was 40 mins past the ETA on the BWS appI do not recommend order via the BWS appI wonder if i will hear from HO

I’ve called corporate/BWS countlessly for the past couple months (after New Years) just to get more stock to my nearest BWS as I’m travelling 30 minutes to Leppington BWS from Fairfield and John the manager there was wonderful going way beyond to assist us when there was no stock there and attempted to make calls and sent us to spring farm which was another 10mins away. Fairfield BWS has been excellent making enquires for us , Jerry/staff has been very helpful assisting us in the meantime but we are waiting on head office for paperwork and just to restock items we require.. Yes, 2 months lol.. how hard is it to put a order in for a customer that is going to spend big dollars weekly? If I had a customer who wanted to buy 6-8 cartons a week I would definitely assist my customer, that’s business right? We are missing out on so much rewards points it’s annoying now and it seems like I’m asking for too much!?
