First time there after being referred by my previous dermatologist who is retiring. I didn't know what to expect but I was pleased with their professional nature. The front office staff are friendly and organised. Then I felt my assigned dermatologist was knowledgeable and experienced and thorough so I have confidence with this business going forward.

Excellent service, friendly and helpful staff. Dr Alison Timms is very personable, professional and knowledgeable. Nurse Benvan was friendly and professional, felt comfortable during the awkward intimate skin mapping.

Easy access to carpark at the rear of the building was stress free. Reception experience very friendly pleasant and waiting room well appointed customer focused. I found the consultation extremely informative and learned a lot about my medical condition and how lifestyle contributes to better health outcomes. Overall an enjoyable visit.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Off street parking. The doctor I saw, Dr Dan Tucker was very experienced and thorough. Very happy with this clinic. I’ve been attending this clinic for nearly ten years for annual skin checks and always felt confident about their practice.

Tough getting in - as services are in great demand. My day came around today. All very welcoming and organised. I was seen punctually & thoroughly examined, with minor treatments provided. I left feeling assured and better informed.

Great service, very professional but I had to wait 40 mins past my appointment time to get seen with no apology or explanation. They want to charge if you don’t show up! How about I charge you for taking my 40mins?
