They have a really bad customer service. The counter lady in the express checkout so rude, I’m asking for receipt because she forgot to give me and with annoying face she yelled at me and show I don’t care attitude and ignore me to service another customer. It’s so easy to print the receipt if she forgot but she don’t want to.I don’t know if she really discriminated me or what but I can see how they treat us asian so different. So disappointed because it’s happen not only once.

Good Woolworths in the edge of the centre of town. It's a brand spanking and shiny new addition to the area and looks to be a decent new addition to the streets for locals and visitors alike. Woolworths usually do a good job of building new shopping spaces

Bought crumpets and a loaf of bread.... they were stale.High prices and long queues.Milk only had a short life and the apples were fluffy" and bruised.Unfortunately not much better over at the IGA

We travelled from South Australia where nothing was too much trouble at Mount Gambier's store. Stanthorpe store needs a lot of customer service training. The deli counter staff were not helpful at all and the items I needed were never available. The store was messy and dirty with shelves a total mess. At the self serve checkout out I was made to feel like they were checking to see if I was stealing something. Not a nice feeling. I am now shoping at IGA who leaves Woolworths in the dust. The really need to lift their game.

A very old store that's been serving the town for many years. It looks like it's finally getting a derserved upgrade. Sadly it's not the cleanest. It should be a whole lot better when it's complete.

The staff are absolutely lovely at Woolies Stanthorpe . I'm surprised at some of the other reviews. I've never had any trouble. There's also fabulous discounts which other supermarkets in the area could take note of. Less waste and it helps people on a budget.

This store needs improvement on customer service. I witnessed the service counter woman ( Linda ) so rude , unbelievable that she has a job. When she saw I was watching she started to be more friendly. I’m going to follow up to head office as I’m sure that something needs to be done regarding rude attitudes throughout the store. It must be hard dealing with customers but wait till there rude to you. Don’t just give a customer a hard time for no reason, Linda you need anger management.
