They’ve been very good to me. Really great! From cleaning dirty transmission fluid that probably should have been done with me notified re in a previous service with someone else, to checking a leak that was terrifying me that was fiddly but fixable at a very reasonable price, and doing the brakes. The girls are lovely on the desk and it’s all easily done via sms. Really pleasant to deal with and for this single older mum I appreciate that and thier thorough explanations of things and the fair pricing. Thank you team!

The worst experience with a mechanic I've ever had. They had my car for 6 weeks and after numerous attempts to find out what was happening with the repairs, I receive a text to say the car is ready to be picked up. Once there, they tell me they have done nothing. The car still makes the same noise as when I dropped it off. And even though they found issues to be fixed, they didn't do it for lack of authorisation". When I pointed out that they could have simply called me to give authorisation

Until now we have always been happy, however put car in for service they put two new tyres on our car without us requesting it. Even gave us the old tyres and said these are fine and put them in the boot . When we asked why they were changed when that was not requested Sally in admin would not admit the error and Siad my wife was a liar. Really disappointed
