Great store with a selection of amazing products.... I love what they have and the store always has exceptional merchandising and overall standards. Unfortunately customer service is not one of those standards.Most staff are great however the manager is quite rude and does not care about her customers, and from my interactions with staff I believe they are also aware of her lack of customer service"I do not shop here anymore due to the way she has spoken to me. Sorry for the bad review.... I really want it to be good but your store manager is horrible for business"

I walked up to the counter to get assistance and was told that I couldn’t get a cash refund straight up! I was wanting assistance not wanting to know their returns policy! After that I was questioned as to where I was from (even what street)! No idea how to make conversation and no etiquette! BOGANS dressed in Camilla!

I travel to the entrance a fair bit and each time I am there it's a must I have to pop in and see what is the latest clothing or merchandise available. Friendly staff and always helpful. Can't wait for my next visit.

The owner has a ridiculously strict returns policy on faulty items. Beware the items are expensive but not necessarily quality! After being a VIP shopper there for years I will never shop there again.
