Please if you want to buy a property steer clear of this agency. They make false promises and are so unethical. I cant even begin to tell you how we feel after dealing with them. Nicola told us our offer was high enough and that it should be comfortable to secure the home and then went and sold it to another buyer. Merry Christmas First Choice i can now see why locally you have a bad name.

They don’t even deserve 1 star. Very unprofessional and unethical. Don’t trust these guys with your money. The koo wee rup branch is the worst ever real estate firm we dealt with. Do not buy or lease from these thugs.

We recently sold our holiday house through Sharon at 1st Choice San Remo. It was a difficult time for us but Sharon was very considerate throughout and her experience, knowledge and energy brought us a result that we were happy with.

Engage this unprofessional and unethical agent/agency at your own risk ...- Zero communication re our property and her absences- Little/no effort given to the sale of our property- A letter of complaint emailed to agency principal was intercepted by the receptionist and Sharon Wintle. If the email was ever received by the principal, a response was never received by us- Receptionist gave false information to our lawyer- A gratuitous email stating that our keys would be withheld until advertising costs were paid
