Absolutely loved our first swimming lesson here. Staff were simply brilliant!

My daughter has been coming here for 3 yrs now and she has improved so much enough that we just had to put our son in as soon as he could get in and it's amazing what they can learn from such a young. The staff are caring, attentive and always willing to help you to the very best of there ability. There dedication to learning water safety is truly commendable. Can't praise or recommened this swim school enough for all ages.

From start to finish i had a terrible experience with the lady in the counter.After the free trial, I've signed up, arranged schedule and paid for 2 weeks advance and set up direct debit.During the first lesson, my second child is not allowed to swim because the lady particularly the older one who is always in the counter wants me to pay for it. I showed the receipt and schedule showing i've paid but she won't take it. Not until another lady came and looked the booking closely. I can understand if they have system issues but the way this lady talks to me she is a racist.Fast forward 2 months, i ended my kids class and then the same lady with the attitude told me i cant do makeup classes after i end classes. But online, when i cancelled it prompts me that i have 1 month to book make up classes which i did. She was giving me a tone and is interrupting me when i was asking a question. Funny thing is i ask why i was able to booked make up? And another lady said because i was doing it online. Which is what they are always advising, you can do everything online

I have 2 kids that swim here and it is amazing. The best swim school we’ve been to in the area so far. My kids teachers are always so helpful and have made my kids so confident in the water in such a short period of time.The staff at the front counter are always so happy, welcoming and so knowledgeable! The manager Nykkea always goes out of her way to make sure we have the best experience and helps in every way she can if needed. We are so happy there and recommended it to everyone

Conflicting information depending on who you talk to about when to book in a child for the baby splash classes. Also conflicting information on website vs. confirmation emails for the baby splash class. Staff are friendly however are adamant the other staff are wrong and they are right. Will book swimming lessons elsewhere for sure. Heard good things about Orion.

We have been taking our daughters here for the last 9 months and we couldn't be happier. The staff are wonderful and are always doing their best to ensure our girls are learning and having fun. The staff are super helpful!!

We switched our daughter to Rackleys at Redbank after not being happy with her progress at another very well known swim school in Ipswich. So so glad we made this decision because our daughter loves every lesson. There are always a good number of children in the class, the pool space never feels crowded and most of all the lessons are kept fun for the children. We’ve had a few different teachers now due to changing lesson times to suit our other commitments but all of the teachers have always been so kind, always praising the children and patient! Something we found that lacked at other swim schools.Always kept tidy and clean, lots of amenities and changing areas, couldn’t speak more highly of this place, thanks so much for providing a safe and fun place for our daughter to learn to swim at

My Daughter has been attending for over 2 yrs . She looks forward to every lesson. Staff are always friendly and polite. Would recommend anyone to this venue. My daughter is now calm and confident around swimming pools. Keep up the good work guys.

Both my boys have been attending here for awhile now and I am amazed at 1- how well both are coming along with their swimming and their confidence in the pool/water and 2- how fantastic the management and staff are. Nykkea has gone above and beyond for my family and I appreciate all the help she has provided. My boys teachers are so amazing, showing so much patience and willingness to adjust to help my boys succeed. I couldn't have wished for a better experience for my boys to learn how to swim.
