Melbourne Photo Booth Hire

Great quality photos, but attendant left when it was advertised they would stay the duration of the event. Felt like the attendant was in a rush and barely explained anything. The photobooth also turned off and on multiple times during the night. Overall, great photos, but poor customer service.

Think Photobooths was fantastic and very professional to deal with. The booth was set up perfectly and ready to go within minutes. Him was great to deal with and the photos were of high quality. Highly recommend.

Unfortunately I have to say my experience with Think Photobooths was very disappointing. Him arrived less than 1/2 hour before the event and despite an email and text message, put up the wrong colour backdrop. Also used a different template to the one I requested, which is fine but the photo print quality was very average. We also had an album include in our package but it was not brought in until more than 1/2 hour after the event started. Props were worn and boring and there was no attendant as stipulated. Communication was terrible and service non existent. I cannot recommend this service provider.

Think Photobooths provided us with great service for our wedding. They made it really easy to organise the booth and the set up/pack up was speedy and very professional. I would highly recommend them for your next event!

I'd give these guys 0 stars if that was possible!!! I've emailed and called you many times and have been ignored, so desperate times call for desperate Karens! I ordered a photo booth for my wedding in December and I was very disappointed with what I got. I ordered one that would automatically print out the photos - however I received a photo booth that was digital only. I still haven't received ANY photos yet and I want a full refund!! I am extremely frustrated at the lack of communication. You were super quick to take the payment - however since then I have had little communication and now you won't answer any of my phone calls or emails. WHERE IS MY MONEY???????

Extremely bad experience with this company.I brought a groupon voucher as I wanted to try this company out, to recommend them for business for our venue.When I went to redeem the voucher, they wanted to charge me extra that wasn’t advertised. I was offered a refund if I wasn’t willing to pay the additional $50.00 delivery fee.I went to claim my refund, and this company had marked the voucher as redeemed.When it comes to customer service, this company has none. Will never try again!!Worst experience ever!!

I rarely leave negative reviews if ever. I wanted to postpone my event after being postponed 4 times last year due to covid. They advised me I was able to use my deposit for a future event and i was not entitled to a refund (which i was completely okay with). It came time to rebook my event with my initial credit/deposit. After countless emails, multiple follow ups and phone calls, to rebook in for a new date. I have still not received any form of communication, response or anything from them. It has been 3 weeks and they have not responded to any correspondence. Do not book with them

So happy that we decided to have a photobooth at our daughter's 18th party. The set up was completed professionally by a friendly attendant who took the time to get the print settings right. All props were provided -- quality photos and a copy of all photos were on a USB stick. Would definitely use them again. Thanks, Think Photobooths!
