Voltaire Electrical came to my home to install 4 ACs.Their services are very bad.They didn't take away boxes.Everything is quite messy after finishing works without cleaning.Some works only did halfway. When we pointed out it, they just don't care it until we get the neighbour as the witness.Totally hopeless.

Highly recommended!Had them wire up my new salon, PowerPoints, down lights and aircon install.Also had them do a new aircon in a bedroom, fan install and uninstall and a Tesla charger install.Service was amazing, great communication and super friendly.Super knowledgeable and came on time.

I had a really bad experience with this company. We installed four new air conditioners and removed old ones in the house two days ago. There was no much communication. They asked to charge us $440 more on the installation even though we already paid $3000 for 4 ACs installation.I had a few concerns on their work since they cut and removed the old water pipe tubes, but did not replace with new tubes and leave water pipe’s covered with tape. They initially did not want to fix it at all and said that was the only way to install it. We had a bit argument on this and finally I asked my neighbour came to have a look and be a witness for the defects.My neighbour came and had the same opinions as mine. We asked these guys again to fix these defects.Finally, they started to fix it……I was so exhausted and upset with these two installers from this company. They are not professional at all, in fact, they did not finish and complete their job properly and don’t have a good attitude to provide good quality service to their customers. They did not listen and care about the customer’s concerns.As a customer, we don’t know about the installation, and we trust the installer to work on their best knowledge. But these guys totally destroyed this kind of trust.In my case, if there were no neighbour who came over being a witness and pointed out the same concerns as I had. They might never fixed the defects on the day.Very disappointed, not recommended, and will never use this company again!

We used Voltaire Electrical for extensive electrical works in our 100 year old Queenslander, and in particular our kitchen renovation. Works completed included installation of new lights and PowerPoints, outdoor lighting, ceiling fans, relocation of an air con and removal of some old fittings that weren’t required. We found them to be really helpful, happy to discuss our requests and give advice, friendly and reliable, and all work was completed to a very high standard. We couldn’t be more pleased, and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for electrical work.
