I give 0 starts if I could- I definitely do NOT recommend this company. Rude and abusive staff and poor quality concrete. They sent us dry concrete and the timing of trucks wasn’t even planned properly, later found out they do it that way so trucks wait on your site for hours and then they charge you for waiting time. They also take extra money from my card without my authorisation. Take your business elsewhere.

Firstly I asked when I ordered some fire wood “there is a bit of wet fire wood going around is your firewood wet “they said “No”, so I got wet fire wood delivered that WONT BURN and have left a message at least three times for someone to get back to me, Haddens receptionist was nice but keeps saying the boss is very busy !! Reputation is everything in this world and i do hope someone will get back to me

Firewood RIP OFF - didn't notice until I got home that the bags they loaded into my car are now half the size they used to be - 6 pieces of red gum for $15. WOW - daylight robbery. 100m down the road Bunnings sells twice as much for the same price - recommend you go there!

Very rude,unprofessional and not reliable staff.if you won't waste your money and receiving wrong items order them over the phone. they were charged me $930 for four cubic meters of White Ice Pebble's and they have sent me the wrong items and not responsible for their Fault. i never trust them anymore and not recomend them at all...

Has firewood, but only single split, I wanted double split, so didn't order for the winter delivery. However, as a short term cover while I found another supplier for my larger delivery, I bought a few bags of firwood. Quick, readily available, drive up to pallet and quickly loaded. So for me, good for stop gap situations. They do have a large range of landscaping and building supplies as well, but I have not used as yet.

I have been using them for decades. I have always been happy. Just a tip for those of you who are never happy. They can only supply what that can buy always check amount and quality before it is unloaded. The days of cheap redgum is long gone if you want decent firewood buy it a year before you use it and keep it dry.

Do not use this company. The manger Kevin is rude and a liar. We ordered 0.6m3 of concrete and he only sent out 0.4 and then when we were short by 2 barrows he charged us a further $340 without consent, meaning he had previously written down our card details. Then when I contacted him to sort it out he was abusive and horrible. Strongly advise not to use.

Great communication and service. Called to see if we were ready for delivery and driver was pleasant and efficient. Coordinated the delivery from office to driver to client. Driver was happy and smiling. We’ll done to all.
