I am a regular customer here in the Darwin City store and Russell is always so very helpful, but today was different. I got a large print done of a portrait I did recently and wanted to test and see, one, how it would turn out in a large format print and also, how the colours looked in comparison to my image. SPOT ON PERFECT, I was wrapped to pick it up this afternoon and see it in print and was a perfect reflection of the image. Thanks Russell and Camera House Darwin, ticking all the boxes as always!

Poor service. Couldn't be bothered to get out from behind his counter and assist.Hugely disappointing and I wont return there. Camera House should be ashamed of this type of poor service.

FIVE STARS PLUS!! MJ and Ash were AWESOME! I needed to purchase an SD card transfer device. They did not have one...BUT...both guys spent 20 minutes helping me transfer my photos!!! They were incredibly helpful...not condescending at all like some tech stores treat you! WONDERFUL sefvice!!!

Service exactly opposite of what the tagline says!The staff member (Indian/Nepalese guy) was behaving as if he's being forced to work there. He was impatient, rude and unapologetic. We had to go through the experience as there was no other place that could click pictures of our newborn. If you absolutely have to go, try to deal with the white guy.

If it’s old fashioned service with a smile you are after… look no further ! Camera House Darwin proprietor spent over an hour with me trying to sort out how I could best access my photos from my phone to print. Although this process proved troublesome due to my phone.. and my own incompetence… he was not deterred. He patiently sorted the problem and I came away smiling with my photos.And… he did all that for thirty three dollars.. perhaps some would say.. hardly worth his time… but that’s what service is all about!Full marks Camera House Darwin. Some could learn a lot from you!

Absolutely the best place to come and get a passport photo! We were able to walk straight in, no need for an appointment. Russell was amazing, so accommodating and patient to get the photo of our extremely difficult and resistant to photos 1.5 year old. We'd tried other places and this was the only one that got the pic! He even put on a special lens to take the pic from further away as to not upset our camera shy daughter. The best!
