Pharmacy 777 South Perth

I'm not sure what would be considered a normal wait time at this pharmacy and I think it possibly could be a one off issue, however I'm here with my partner to get her prescription medication (which is just a packet already packed on the shelf) and we are still waiting going on 50 minutes. This has to be unusual and I hope this isn't what it's like all the time. A very negative experience so far.

Those very friendly staff help me add my overseas COVID vaccine certificate and provide the step-by-step guide patiently.Definitely come back soon if need medical support.

Hit and miss. Some staff are cheery, experienced and willing to help whilst others seem only too keen to fob you off. Asked one staff member for their provider number to submit a receipt to my private health insurance and she told me she couldn't give me it and that my insurer needed to call them up for it. I think she just didn't know or was not trained correctly as all receipts I've received from other providers have this printed on them for exactly this purpose.

Very helpful and kind staffs

Staff were very rude and without patience today. As a regular it discomforts me knowing the staff differ so much.I overheard them refuse a small girl with a bladder issue the use of their toilet. She was clean, although unwell hence being there.The mother was understandably upset that her daughter was refused the toilet and referred to the prescription as evidence of needing to use the toilet.I too would have felt exceptionally insulted had I been asked to attend a Red Rooster toilet instead of the use of their own. Additionally, it would have taken them a few minutes to get across through the traffic. A small child with a bladder infection, expected in discomfort, to walk some hundred metres to a toilet that is not a public toilet is fairly condescending, inconvenient and cruel.Honestly, the staff are very hit and miss here with regards being polite. Todays staff appeared to be very nonchalant and without remorse.In this instant, I believe making an exception would have been warranted.I will use another Chemist in future, as this was hard to watch.

Good customer service and friendly staff.

It pains me as a long standing customer to have to pen this review. I bought a forehead type thermometer last week and because I was feeling extremely unwell. The readings ranged from 30-34. 28 is enough to present at ED. I borrowed an ear type from someone so I could compare to avoid going to ED unnecessarily and the reading comparisons were way off, consistently. I asked to swap because of this and instead of immediately doing the right thing I was given this whole story about how they needed to contact the manufacturer on Monday (this was Sat gone, as my condition deteriorated ) and they would get back to me. I paid $100 for something that proved to be unfit for the purpose for which it was purchased. I had to argue and was met was “I understand you’re upset” when upset wasn’t it because I was seriously ill. (I was admitted to hospital on Sat after this conversation) They are there to assist in the healing - not elevate stress levels. The first course of action should have been the swap without giving me a huge spiel about the exception they were making for me. Accurate readings are crucial when one is seriously ill. They finally relented but not after an unwarranted and unnecessary and prolonged argument. This was not an electrical appliance from Myers. I am disappointed in their lack of understanding the importance of all of this from the onset, as medical health professionals. Tell that to someone with a faulty heart rate monitor and see what happens. I am no longer a customer.

It really depends on who you deal with. I had a script compounded and the last person explained the procedure so well and friendly that I went back for the repeat. Sadly this staff member wasn’t quite as caring and nearly cost me a trip back to the specialist by misplacing my repeats and not taking ownership for if

They were so amazing! Went out of their way find prescription formula for my child. Called around multiple stores and waiting on hold for 30 mins trying to help. Thank you Yoona and Ruth
