Magic Wand Restoration & Cleaning

I hired Magic Wand to complete an end of lease/carpet clean in January 2021, I had an issue with this service as they had not met realestate requirements.The owner of the company ignored my phone calls and emails regarding this issue, only answering when I called from a different number. The owner spoke rudely to me, at first refusing to fix the issue.When the issue had finally been resolved, I emailed Magic Wand regarding an invoice and payment method. I received no response, and never received an invoice. Six months later, I received an email from the realestate I had previously been with, containing a forwarded invoice/late notice from Magic Wand.I hired this cleaning service and provided them with all of my details, yet they did not contact me directly. Someone can not be late on a bill they had not received.In total this service cost me $561.00, for a 2 bed (only the bedrooms were carpeted), 1 bath unit, that had been very well kept.I would never recommend this cleaning service.Very disappointing and disrespectful.

The Magic Wand team worked tirelessly to help rescue the inside of our school building after a pipe burst. They were prompt, professional and courteous. They maintain a tidy work area and monitored our building for a number of weeks. We would recommend this team for any such emergency. Thank you Ryan

Maybe I'm biased, but I think Magic Wand are amazing.

Called up a month before needing a vacating pet spray done. Was told he would squeeze me in and get it done before the vacating date. Called up day before I was due to vacate to see when he was doing it I was told I cant fit you in till Feb". He didn't bother to contact me to let me know this

Robin and Rhian from Magic Wand Restoration attended on the day I notified them my house had been flooded, assessing and implementing a drying strategy that would restore my house with little inconvenience to me. They kept me updated on progress daily and achieved a quality finish.

I had a really dirty carpet, from which I thought the stain would never be lifted. I was so pleased with the results; a clean and fragrant carpet. Highly recommend!
