Everything you might need for the beach and more. A huge store with great quality clothing in a large variety for kids, teens and adults. Also sells sunnies, watches, things, boards, wetsuits, baggage and activewear.

My partner and I went in to purchase a new paddle board. Staff wouldn't allow us to make the purchase because we had mask exemptions. Claimed that we had to show them even though the public health order clearly states they only have to be shown to a police officer. Local businesses always complain that people don't spend money in their stores and wonder why people go online yet carry on like this.

My favourite shop. The staff remember me , when I visit. And there costumer service is spot on.

Tried walking in to purchase clothes, staff demanded i put a mask on even tho I informed them that I have a mask exemption. As it clearly states in the public health and safety order only a police officer is allowed to ask to see the exemption. They then insisted they were allowed to see it. They're clearly uneducated, and haven't read the rules. Such a shame that a small business is not educating their staff in these times.

Today I actually had one of the best customer experiences I have ever had in Aquatique Huskisson. Not only were the staff happy and welcoming, when I was choosing between two pairs of Reef thongs I was asked if I needed help. I said “I’m just trying to decide which pair feels and fits the best”. One pair was 10 to 20 bucks dearer and to my surprise the sales assistant suggested the pair that were cheaper because they are the most comfortable thong they have. He was right and I am so thankful for his honesty. I took a free shop sticker and will find a place to proudly put it on display.I think his name was Elaan?

Incredibly rude staff checked three times to accuse my partner of trying on swimwear without undies on (she did have undies on) including knocking on the door of the changing room while she was half undressed. Train your staff better please: there are much more polite ways to ask, and treat customers with trust and respect. I have never seen anyone treated so rudely in any clothing store ever. Also there's a terrible mismatched selection of women's two piece swimwear and high prices.

Its ok but prefer to shop elsewhere as prices are abit expensive

Great service and sale bargains

Having worked in retail myself I have never come across such rude staff. Particularly the owner/manager with a pony tail.I had bought a snorkel and within 30 minutes I decided to return it, unfortunately they had closed for lunch so I waited.Once they returned I provided my receipt and was met with a barrage of excuses why it could not be returned including health and safety breaches. (None of this was made aware to me during purchase).Having explained I had it for 30 minutes I could not possibly have used it and it was perfectly sealed in its packaging. It was then snatched from the counter while knocking into my phone.Refund done and receipt scrunched up in front of me…..no idea what sort of issues the manager has but he should not be near a customer service job. Baring in mind I wasn’t the only customer in the shop.Seriously avoid this shop! so you don’t have the misfortune of dealing with him or his rude staff.Also read other reviews, it would seem I’m not the first.
