Do NOT go to this place!! The lady kept cutting the skin around my nails with the electric file and she knew it was hurting me and she continued to cut the skin and make me bleed. she also did not measure my nail length to make sure they were all even so they are all different lengths and wonky. they took over an hour when i had to be somewhere and they knew it after saying they would be done in time and they still kept leaving me to go do other things. they also made me pay an extra $10 for no reason after cutting me on each finger and now my nails and cuts are in pain.

Treated myself to what I thought would be a manicure and SNS nails and before I could think twice the man started dipping my nails without any sort of manicure or attention to my cuticles. For $45 I thought it would be a complete package. So yah I’m a bit disappointed and will have to try and fix up my cuticles myself at home because what looks like nice nails is ruined by the lack of cuticle care

I had my brows done as well as my hands and feet and these guys are amazing. Its such a happy friendly salon and probably the best brow wax ive had in ages and were helpful with colour choice taking care in their services instead of rushing also

At first, my nails were being done by a really lovely younger girl with glasses. We were chatting and really getting along and she making sure I was comfortable. All of a sudden she left and was replaced by a woman who was rough with my nails and cuticles and left them peeled and dry. She kept leaving halfway through one nail to attend to another customer. I understand it was busy but i think at least finishing the hand is better than this. Over all, i loved the nail itself however I have quite a few hangnails.

Highly recommend, first time coming here and they were amazing. I had the same man throughout getting my nails done, he took his time making sure every nail was perfect and asking me along the way if i was happy with them. i showed him a photo of what i would like and it turned out exactly the same. Very happy.

I absolutely love Eshee Nails, Chi is the most talented nail artist in Wollongong! I love how they turn out every time and staff are all so nice and welcoming. I will not let anyone else touch my nails again.

ABSOLUTE WORST MANICURE I'VE EVER HAD!!!The girl cut not one, not two, but three of my fingers. They were bleeding (see first pic). No apology until she was done.She convinced me to get painted French tips instead of my usual (white fake nails).I could tell straight away she put way too much powder-gel on each nail.Just look at the pics, it was so messy and clumps of uneven hard resign under each nail. Just poor quality.Then she asked if I had cash to pay. I said yes, as the price on the sign said $45 for full French tips. I went to pay and was shocked when she said $60! I said I might not have enough, and I'd just pay card. She then said I could pay cash and the rest on card (was very keen on taking cash). I managed to pay all in cash.My usual Nail salon is perfect! Can't fault them. And they only charge $45!

Initially the ladies were very attentive , offered the complete service. I was honestly looking forward for the mani and pedi , however everything felt rushed , the cuticles of my pedi weren’t properly trimmed , let me rephrase it , they weren’t trimmed. Another client appeared and all of a sudden the entire service was directed towards them. When it came to painting my nails , she didn’t even properly removed the previously nail polish that I had there .. she just painted over it. For my mani , my cuticles were trimmed alright, but in a manner like I’ve never seen it before. Again I was left to my own care . Overall I’ll say this , congratulations for your shop and everything.. but clearly they seem to have preferences to clientele which they are familiar with.
