My kids was involve doing robotics with Xenontech. They were very professional and engaging with the kids. Kids loved every sessions and always excited for the next one. They provided good quality technology for the kids to learn simple tech commands and programming. They kept kids interested and wanting more. Hope Xenontech continues to provide this service. Xenontech has enabled my school’s IT team leader to focus on supporting teachers build their capacity in using technology across their teaching and learning programs, instead of troubleshooting hardware problems and upgrading devices. The Xenontech team communicates effectively with the most capable IT user in the school to the not so tech savvy staff member. No job or ticket has been too small or too onerous for the team to assist us with.

Xenontech provide excellent service and professional IT support to our school. With over 750 student and staff laptops and 52 smartboards Xenontech ensure that our IT services are always functional, up to date and well maintained. They are always responsive to our emerging needs and understand the educational needs of a school when it comes to technology and infrastructure. They effectively trouble shoot and work seamlessly in reporting systems issues to the department. This makes our staff feel very supported and allows them to focus on the importance of teaching without needing to worry about the technical issues. Highly recommend them to any school.

What a great technician from Xenontech we have at the school! I'm not very good with technology and no matter what question I ask or computer problem I have, he does not only fix the problem but also takes the time to show me how to solve the problem if it happens again. I find his manner and approach very calming, helpful and positive.
