A first class bike store with first class prices and service.I have been using Belrose Bikes for a number of years and have purchased a number of bikes and many components from them.Adrian has always looked after me with friendly, fast and excellent service. These guys are also very knowledgeable in regards to componentry and build kits. This is because they are keen riders who know what they are talking about through first hand riding experience not just from a catalogue.The range of bikes is excellent, Rocky Mountain, Kona, Intense, Santa Cruz, Orbea, GT to name a few. If they don't have it in stock they will order it in for you. The last bike I purchased here was at an exceptional price with a very high end build.They are honest in their dealings, they have at times steered me towards less expensive products that were a better fit to what I required despite it meaning less profit for them to facilitate greater product satisfaction in the long run.The workshop is excellent, is sparkling clean and has a high end and vast range of tools and machinery. Included is a lathe that allows them to manufacture small or hard to get parts.I travel an hour to use this shop despite there being several shops geographically closer and I don't mind doing it for the above reasons.Don't be suckered into big impersonal, expensive chain stores that only offer one brand, if you want a shop with excellent range, friendly, fast, honest and personal service these are the guys.

These guys are established and experienced. I recently had a tricky repair job, and they were super-helpful and responsive. I can't recommend them highly enough.

We have been buying bikes and related equipment from this family run store for a few years now. They are always super helpful and friendly. They even referred us to a local tow bar fitter who did a great job with a new tow bar on our car.Recently my wife needed a new bike and even though they didn't have stock in the store, they hunted one down and got it delivered.Overall a fantastic example of a great local business. Will continue to support them for years to come.

Charges like a wounded bull! He charges 50% more than other shops and expects that people don’t really know any better….then gets angry if you ask him about it. I have never written a review before but really felt others should be warned. It’s worth driving to another shop to avoid being gouged.I expect the 4 star rating he was given in these reviews must have been from a close friend.

These guys were amazing, they went 'above and beyond' our expectations even taking a bolt off their own tow bar, so we could fix our tow bar and get on the road to Melbourne. Exceptional service we will be back and will not go anywhere else.

Fantastic quality and advice. Friendly easy going staff are willing to help you with even the most difficult requests. We bought bikes for my young daughter as well as my husband and also received quality advice about our bike trailer. Highly recommend Adrian and his team.

If I could have put no star, I would. We bought a brand new bike for my son on the 24:06:2017 to be offered on the 3rd July for his birthday, and we paid $499, it was on sale. We went to this shop to buy local and support small shop, in addition of believing this kind of shop would sell higher quality items. 3 weeks after having offered it to my son, the clutch was broken , a sharp seizure on it. We went to the shop as the bike was of course under warranty. Nonetheless, the guy decided my 10 years old son was a brutish lout kicking his bike , which explained the break (despite explaining this happened as he was riding it), and there was NO WAY " this could be covered by the warranty. The repair was announced to cost $180.....Back to France with the bike

Seems like I'm not the only person with an extremely disappointing experience. I wanted to support a local business and in return received appalling customer service and outright rudeness when I complained. Will definitely not support or recommend - looks like bad service runs throughout this family business.

Highest rates he can possibly charge and took advantage of a trusting customer. When asked he said that he can charge whatever he decides as it’s his business. The owner is quite rude and argumentative when asked about his rates. Example, wheel tape $15 for one wheel, everyone else $12 for both. $40 just to install 2 tires (10 min job). He truly takes advantage of his customers trust.

I scoped out an Orbea commuter bike that I was keen on. Went and had a look at it a couple of times, the staff there were nice. Decided to buy it but when I asked to take it for a ride around the block the owner Adrian who was working that day said no. Which I was taken aback by. Said people buy the bike just by looking at it. I, hand on heart would have purchased the bike that day but was incensed by the owners attitude. Bought a bike elsewhere. Since then I have brought another three mid range bikes for my family elsewhere. About to purchase another bike soon but won't buy from this guy on principal. That's four bikes this guy has missed out on soon to be five.
