I wish there were a minus start system!I have just returned from this shop with my 15 year old daughter crying her eyes out. On Monday my daughter's mac book would not charge beyond 7%. So she visited her schools IT dept who ran diagnostics which indicated showed the battery needed replacing.I decided to visit PC People Computers for assistance.My daughter opened her laptop which showed 6% charge and said her computer won't charge. Instead of looking at the computer and performing his own assessment he decided to go go down the route of openly mocking her. Once he'd got the bit between his teeth, it seemed he was unable to stop, making one insulting comment after another.The guy in charge basically grilled, ridiculed and upset my daughter so much we had to leave. He likened her to an old incompetent old lady who wouldn't answer his questions correctly. I've rarely witnessed such a vitriolic verbal attack on a kid like this. it was truly awful and I have spent almost 2 hours trying to placate my very upset daughter.Obviously not every customer is able to express themselves as well as he would like but nothing warrants this kind of undeserved and nasty, poor quality customer service.
