I rent a unit in a complex managed by this Body Corp. Very bad experience with them. Since I am only a tenant not a landlord paying them big money. They care less about my intimidation and harassment experience from my neighbours and the illegal parking problem in front of my garage. While the owner of this business Yvonne Todd gave me a copy of the Body Corp by law when I made a complaint of an aggressive young female neighbour who used foul language and finger gesture to intimate me when I asked her to move her car which was parked right outside my garage which violated one of the by-law, at the same time this woman told me it was none of her business. This woman and her dodgy business are absolutely unprofessional professional. Be careful if you gonna buy a property in a complex managed by them. Well, I assume if you are a landlord paying them heaps of Body Corp fee, they might treat you differently. Good luck and best wishes!

Argyle Gardens has worked with Body Corp101 for 8 years of the 10 that we have been onsite managers. We have found Yvonne and staff efficient and helpful. Own two rental Units and have dealt with Body Corp 101 for 10 years.After some management changes several years ago and increasing their staff with outside experienced Strata Title Mangers/Manageress have found them very responsive to all Common Ground maintenance requests with a good knowledge of the legal side to Strata Management. The have made themselves and their Offices available to Owners of the Body Corporate regularly and without hesitation.Satisfied with the service we receive as Owners
