The team at Fixed Price Building Solutions are honest, conscious, clear, highly skilled and lovely to work with. They walked us through the complete home extension process and we could not be happier with the result. We lived in our home while it was extended, so we saw the craftsmanship of their work closely and found the team to be professional, approachable and polite. Greg is the owner and communicated well with us. Kieran is the project manager and you could not find a more conscious and honest person to design, manage all the tradies/processes and address any issues. Garren led a team of carpenters who work hard and are highly skilled. There were a couple of mistakes along the way (as you would expect with such a big project) but the team were quick to take responsibility for what they could and fixed the issues. If you are going to do any building work, use these guys! You'll have no regrets! I should also say, they are excellent communicators so you won't have any frustrations from not knowing what is happening etc...

We engaged Fixed Price Building Solutions to build a significant extension on our existing cottage in the blue mountains, encompassing a laundry, pantry, kitchen and very large living / finning room, together with some interior re-modelling of the cottage and a bathroom refit.Right from the quotation stage the communication was great as we worked through options and finishes as well as some Bushfire Attack Level requirements. All through the construction process, the fact that we were living in the house at the same time was considered with construction staging carefully managed to keep our home livable.We have had a hugely positive experience and would highly recommend Fixed Price Building Solutions to others. We would definitely use them again.... in fact talking my lovely lady out of a loft conversion is becoming harder every day.....

So impressive from start to finish!In our initial meeting with Greg and Kieran, they really took the time to take us through their process of a first floor addition and listened to what we were hoping to achieve. Kieran came up with an amazing design and adding a few tweaks here and there was no trouble for him. Renee was lovely to deal with, and our consultation with her helped us to decide on colours and fitout. The team handle all the approvals with councils and certifiers and our plans went through smoothly.Garren and his team of builders are amazing - so professional, hard working, friendly and the job they do is of superior quality.All the trades who have been contracted to come on site have been so easy to deal with and have all done a great job.Our family of 5 have stayed living (and working) in the house during the entire renovation and the team were mindful of this and kept the site so clean at the end of each day. Communication has been great - always kept in the loop as to what was happening each week. Our renovation has been completed so efficiently with no real delays even with the wet weather and covid.Highly recommend Fixed Price Building Solutions for a First Floor Addition. We don't think we could have found a better team - one of the best decisions we have made!

Professional, friendly team who have the customers best interest at heart. Great to work with Greg & Kieran who did a full roof replacement at Kings Langley.
