Absolutely shocking company to work for, one minute you get told how appreciative and happy they are with the work, then when the invoice is due everything changes. Corruption is rife though this company with in their own words “miss-managed” funds and a director that refused to take any accountability. Wouldn’t work for them again if my life depended on it. They are a typical big company that thinks they can get away with not paying the little guys!!! Disgusting!

We were given occupancy of our new home just before Christmas.The process from initial planning until that stage has been great. The staff involved have been magnificent, helping us with adjustments to make it our home". We were kept informed about the inevitable hiccups due to weather etc. There are arrangements in place to rectify any issues that turn up as we settle in.I would suggest that Anchor have a check-sheet of tasks that we need to complete - things that we don't know

Over the past 35 years my husband and I have built a number of homes through a variety of companies and as owner builders. We both agree, without reservation, that our Anchor Homes experience has been by far the best and easiest to manage. The diligence, efficiency and courtesy shown by staff throughout the process, from our initial enquiry right through to the hand over of our beautiful new home, has been outstanding. Every phone call or email question along the journey was answered promptly and professionally. The quality of our new Anchor Home is superb and we cannot recommend them highly enough to anyone looking for a high quality, cost and time effective, environmentally considerate and superb home.

On time and under budget FABULOUS. But that’s not just it the care to help fix or change was fantastic, we did a down size and they were always helpful. We had a couple of hiccups with council but Anchor Homes were amazing always on the ball .

We have just moved into our Anchor home and could not be happier. The entire duration of building our home from start to finish was so smooth and such an exciting process. All the staff an Anchor were amazing to deal with and seemed to be just an excited about the process as we were. We felt really taken care of and if anything came up we were unsure about they took the time to kindly explain without making us feel clueless :) Our site supervisor Jamie was so kind and worked extremely hard to get us in our new home in time for our daughters birthday, which he did and it made for some beautiful memories for my family. thank you Jamie for all of your hard work and to the team at Anchor for building our dream, forever home. Why would you build when you can have a stunning home in half the time, everything is done for you and you are looked after by each and every member of the Anchor team. From start to finish, from sales to lock up....could not fault anything! We were informed well ahead of time of every step and were never left wondering what was happening.We cannot speak highly enough of Anchor Homes, do yourself a favour and check them out

Anchor have made my dreams come true on a baby budget.We have completed the building process through one tough year and through isolation. I can not thank them enough for all their patience, time and understanding through every stage of the journey. Not only has everything been completed quickly and looks amazing but it has always been done with a smile!I highly recommend Anchor to anyone who is thinking of building with them.

Just had our house delivered. Very good process from initial design to final delivery and would happily recommend the team at Anchor Homes...... So now 4 years on and the house now has problems which Anchor Homes will not take responsibility for. I've just amended our review back from 5 starts to 1 star.This is very unfortunate as our house has been used as their pin up marketing house for the last 4 years on all marketing and website material.The value of a company is how they treat existing customers and rectify problems. It seems the directors of Anchor do not care about this. Extremely disappointing...

For anyone contemplating building a new home, consider sitting down with Anchor Homes and discuss your needs. We bought a block on which we wanted to build. At the time all the builders basically said that we could go on a waiting list (18 months) before they could begin the build. After some research we decided to talk to Anchor Homes. The process was super easy. What we liked was that we could speck the home to whatever degree of fit-outs and layouts. We decided to keep it simple. The process of deciding on exterior and interior was equally easy. All it required was half a day on their premises with the consultant who was extremely helpful and knowledgable. Once we had decided on the style home and the interior, they began putting our new home together. They promised 16 weeks to completion and they kept their word and on budget. We have been completely satisfied with their service and their product. Having been around new builds and renovations, I have seen how what should be an exciting project can turn into a nightmare. Anchor Homes kept it to being a joyful and exciting experience and I can confidently recommend Anchor Homes.

After looking at many Modular Home builders we made the decision to purchase from Anchor Homes and we’ve been really happy with the whole process. From 1st inquiry to home delivery, we’ve been kept informed at every step of the way and the home was delivered on time. Very happy with the choice that we made.
