Was here a couple of days ago, didn't have the clothes I was looking for in my size due to shipping delays. Self serve checkout was a pain in the bum. Made to feel like they thought I was shop lifting.

We arrived into Port Lincoln quite late on Christmas Eve. It was cold and we needed some warm clothes. So grateful that Kmart here was open still and they had some warm clothes on offer despite the time of year it was. The store is well laid out with easy parking in front.

Manager Kathryn was so unhelpful, couldn’t even attempt to help return an item purchased in error within the last hour, no store credit no solution. Won’t bother shopping here again.

I'm not sure what's going on in there these days but its not what it used to be. The old store layout felt much easier to navigate. When I finally found the area I wanted, it was a mess. Clothes on floor, items in wrong racks and on shelves. Price tags hard to locate or not there at all. Not just your usual mess. Im saying it was so bad it was like nobody that works there has bothered doing anything. I swear the staff only seem interested in doing the easy jobs like meet and greet and watching you at the self serve checkout until you screw it up and need assistance. It all became too hard and i returned the things i had picked up and i ended up walking out without purchasing anything.

Good kmart, all you could want from from a classic Kmart, central to town of Port Lincoln, good parking, short walk to sea front with other interesting shops near by including a McDonald's around the corner, friendly helpful staff.

It's a big Kmart. Only problem I had is I knew where nothing was, but finding staff wasn't difficult. Great choice of everything here. My 2 youngest grandkids bought all their Christmas presents here,no problem.
