An appalling experience - came on a weekend and there were only two staff while it was super busy. We wanted to exchange a gift and when we eventually got served, the lady did not really listen to our needs and focused on emphasising the return policy, and how they could not give us a gift voucher for the difference if we purchased something cheaper than the item we came to exchange (this is unheard of elsewhere). This store barely had one size of each item so we couldn't really even try anything on. We also asked to ship the correct size to our address, but this request was also denied. Ended up going to the Chatswood store and it was the polar opposite - a good amount of staff, great service, and offered FREE shipping on an item that they didn't have in-store.

Deceiving practice and really bad customer service, doesn't provide invoice on purchase, never come back again.
