Everything you could want from a small town bakery! A great selection of pastries (the custard tart comes highly recommended) as well as a sandwich bar with a great range of toppings and condiments. This is the kind of place where they pile on the trimmings and don’t skimp on anything. Although not exceptional, the bakery also offers some of the best coffee in Balranald and has great service. Well worth a stop if you’re passing through, or add it as a daily fixture if you’re staying in town.

We were told of one item sold here and that was the vanilla slice (snot block). It was gorgeous. Glad I don't live in Balranald because I would be visiting the Cafe every day. We ate our slices and had our coffee inside. Lovely Cafe and so were the staff. Thank you.

Very friendly staff . Good coffee. Nice vanilla slice but I highly recommend the almond custard ring- delicious!! I should have bought another one for the road!
