I had some issues with my air con not getting cold and called around a few places for help. These guys were so prompt and professional. Casey organised everything and made it a really painless process and Mitch had it done in no time. Air con is cold again just in time for summer!

I chose Shelair because Shane the salesman was on time when he arrived to give me a quote.He had a good attitude not pushy like the other salesman and very well priced. I got two Panasonic's installed and liked both the installers work.I would definitely recommend this company for your air con.

Having issue with the aircon in my unit. Rental agent had it inspected by these guys, found that the control panel was not working and they cannot fix. Charged $275 and have to get another electrical company to re-quote and fix it.

Company responded to repair appointment I made for tomorrow with an Internet search for “marine refrigeration repairs scarborough”. They identified the repair tech by name and stated 2:00 was available. I booked it.At 5:02PM today, I received an email from an “a person identified as “administration | receptionist” informing me “unfortunately we are not able to complete this request”. No reason given, no alternative suggested.So, I lost a day looking for someone to assist me.From the look of it, this might be just some sort of job finder for small fry repairmen, rather than a real business with actual tradesmen employed. Be very careful.

Shane has gone beyond the call of duty on a number of installations and servicing. They do a very thorough and well planned placement of units to minimise visual impact and have given us a number of options on price and function. Highly recommend this company.

Got freezer broke down last year April, call this company come to fix the freezer, it’s so many dramas happened, came over 15 times for fix the problems, every time technician guy said fix the problem, it’s keep broking, throw over $3000 stock. Over charged the price, asked Gk other company told me total will less than 5K, paid nearly8K, the problem is still not fixed.on November it’s broken again, technician came and fix it and told me it’s under warranty, never mentioned the price need to charge. And got 5 witness all hear that, then the manager send me invoice later told me he is the boss should tell how much it. Very rude as well. First got evidence what the technician said, also if you want to charge need tell how much to your customers. Don’t waste on money on this company, not professional at all. I will keep complaining on ACCC and far trade. Don’t use this company, not professional at all.

I've got a portable air conditioner. I used google to find the nearest repair shop to find a replacement exhaust hose. A lady called Casey has answered the phone, not only was she exceptionally rude but she told me that they don't repair air conditioners and to use Google. I responded with, so you're an air con repair company that doesn't repair air cons?? It was at this moment she hung up without another word.Based on this experience alone, they are an unprofessional group and I will be sure to tell everyone of this.
