I have previously always had really pleasant experiences at BonBon and found their quality of service to be top notch. However, I went in for a pedicure with shellac on Monday 26th September, and the result was messy and not to the quality that I would expect. It had not been cleaned up around the edges and the polish itself was not smooth and shiny. I was disappointed as I am usually very happy with BonBon’s service. I am now unsure if I will return if this is the possibility of what my nails may look like.

Attended their salon today and after waiting for 40minuets (despite being told of a ‘short’ wait), my nail polish was smudged by my slide shoe as I went to leave (despite them telling me it was dry). They graciously repainted the toe for me however shortly after sent me off with wedges between my toes and to my trepidation as I knew the nail was still wet. Really frustrated as I’ve arrived home and the nail is now ruined. Overall a disappointing experience after being in the salon for a total of 2 hrs.

I went with something in mind for my nails and all the staff were amazing enough to try and find the perfect products to make it achieveable and i loved it, all of the team were friendly with everyone around me (myself included). As a resident of the area I couldn't have found a better spot
