First time at this place today as my normal lady is overseas. I had a Spa Pedicure and it was the worst I've ever had. I tried this place today as the others I have been to in Lavington aren't that great. The bloke was done in 17mins, he massaged my legs for not even 1 minute and just rushed through the whole process. There was only one other lady in there, so they weren't busy. The lady I normally go to massages each leg for a good 15mins, she is amazing. It's so disappointing that there aren't many good ones around.

1 nail tech for 3 people so they're rushed, messy and uneven. Will never go back, do not go here if you want your nails to look good!

Had nails done for a week now and they are the worst! If I could I wouldn’t give any stars! My first finger that came off was my middle finger which snapped off while opening my car door, my second finger was my pointer finger which snapped off while scratching! And my pinky snapped off while scratching and now I’m bleeding! Worst place ever! Plus nails were cloudy as hell and to long not what I asked for! And not shaped probably! Never going to you’s again!

I went in and asked for Shellac last Saturday. By Wednesday the shellac cracked and peeled off. I went back today and asked for the 3 nails to be redone which was done-not happily (photo 1). The owner blamed my nails that they are weak. I informed her that I have very strong nails and that this has never happened before. She fixed the 3 nails and even put an extension nail without charging me.Half an hour later I was trying on clothes and the whole shellac fell off my nail. (Photo 2)So... I won't be back.

The lady was nice, however the young boy who filed down my nails spent roughly 20 minutes doing so. Those who get SNS regularly would understand that once the old SNS is off, the nail technician usually goes over your nails with the electric file once very lightly. 20 minutes filing them down after the old SNS was off left them unbearably thin and tender. The SNS then applied on top was also VERY thin. Which I usually appreciate, however due to the overly flexible nails... the SNS cracked within days. When getting them redone else where, I had to cut them right down as they were so weak and causing so much pain. I usually pride myself on long, natural and thick nails. The lady also flicked my knuckles so violently after dipping each time that I bruised for days.Wouldn’t recommend honestly.

the staff always seem to be in a rush. my acrylics were not applied further down enough so they have grown halfway down my nail within three days. all my nails are different sizes on each and and they made me bleed on three fingers. one of the guys is really good there, and actually takes the time to do them properly, but the other two just don’t seem to care if you’re bleeding or have wonky nails

I think these reviews are abit harsh, I have never had an issue with them. I've been into a few nails places around Albury now they were rude. The one in myer centerpoint. And the one in amp lane. I would never step foot in those two places again!!!!!!!!

While the overall finish of my nails looked good I was very disappointed with how they cut corners. I've had SNS on my nails for over a year now and am well aware of the process. My previous SNS was not completely removed and instead they shaved off the top few layers and then added the new colour on top. They also used the mechanical buffer on the underside of my nails which has weakened and broken several of my nails (I take pride in my nails being strong and long.... they have now been thinned!)Unfortunately this has resulted in me not wanting to return to this nail salon.

The man in there took a while but I liked my nails alot. They only lasted about 2 weeks before they started falling off but I was really happy with the colour and look.
