Smooth process to get started once paperwork completed. I can choose which shifts I want to do by completing request timetable, then sent a message what shifts are available...easy.

Alliance Nursing on boarding was smooth and hassle free. The communication I received from the team was outstanding. I was onboarded by Chris and also communicated with Lily and both were extremely kind and helpful. After my interview I walked away feeling relaxed and exciting about agency nursing. Would recommend them to all nurses.

I have been working for Alliance (RNS) nurse agency, since 2015, I would say this is the best employer ever.My current boss at the Alliance nurse is Chris, he used to be an Agency Nurse as well so he understand the challenge that agency nurse faces at work, sometime when I dropped by the office Chris would greet me and welcomes me with coffee, and have some chats. When I visit the office I always feel like coming to home. :)And alliance nursing always hold small gathering eg picnic or brief lunch for agency nurse, it is also a good experience too !! :)
